Pyuria: You have a sterile pyuria. Did you take any recent abx? A local bladder pathology is possible but less likely. Kidney stone, or a process within in the kidney of inflammation or a primary glomerular process can do this. Agree with urology but you need to see a kidney doc. Best of luck.
