Usually none: For most folks with these findings, they do not have any symptoms. Several studies of folks with no symptoms, underwent MRI, 45% had significant findings but no symptoms. Discuss finds with doctor that ordered MRI. Not all MRI findings have associated symptoms. Best of luck with this. Dr R
