Not just the weight: but the maturity, whether term or preterm, lots of factors contribute, if acting fine, good APGAR score at delivery, full term, or preterm but reached certain maturity scoring, wasn't ill, didn't spend much in NICU, should be fine with normal growth and development, even babies born with extreme prematurity, with special care they achieve their potential and grow normally
