I was born with craniosynostosis, is it possible that my children will have that as well?

Craniosynostosis: Read this==>http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/craniosynostosis. The short answer to your question is: yes. I assume you are the only one in your known families on both sides that have had this or else you wouldn't be asking the question. While the majority of cases appear to be due to local bio mechanical causes, evidence is mounting that some cases are genetically determined, maybe 10% or so.

Craniosynostosis: If your craniosynostosis is a single suture type and not syndromic (e.g. Crouzon's apett's etc) the risk of passing it along is not that much higher than the spontaneous rate in the normal population.
