Possibly: Several of my peers (that i know of) in medical school had adhd or add. I suspect that it must have made if more difficult (however, they never told me that directly). They are now doctors.

Yes: If you have an aptitude for it, add should not hold you back; i had several classmates with a diagnosis of add, with symptoms controlled with medication. Good luck!

Not impossible : Get through medical school you need great concentration, hard work, tons of assignments have to complete in time with out delay not postponing for next wk , has to catch up, don't have to be brilliant , but just have to remember lots material , if it is your dream let it happen , i know as medical educator, some made it , some did not , which group you want be in, if want it let go for it.

Yes: Medical school is a grind and takes focused attention for all the facts to learn. But if you have the skills to safely pilot an aircraft, you have adequate focus already. You will probably have to get a little better at completing tasks on time but much of medical education is a group activity which will activate your skills at supporting your follow students.
