Appropriate to contact your primary care physician, and have a visit with a speech therapist to start. Not clear at this point, whether full neuropsychological testing will be necessary. A psychiatric visit may be helpful. Medications and therapy can stabilize all of this.

Start with your family physician. Ask to be referred to a neuropsychologist who will perform tests to help determine if it is Attention Deficit Disorder or another condition such as a mental health condition affecting your attention. Then, you and your physician can determine if medication will be necessary to help manager your condition or if CBT (or mess and CBT) may help.
