Nonspecific: Abdominal pain by itself is not indicative of any single diagnosis, or something serious. Late menses however could indicate pregnancy. Check a pregnancy test after being late for one week. Otherwise, you may need to see your primary care doctor for a proper evaluation of the abdominal pain. Hope this helps!
