Beginning june i missed my injection. i havent been sexually activate but still havent received my period ( almost 5 months), however i get such bad pains below my stomach that it feels like someone is stabbing me and the pain gets bad at times ?

Abdominal pain: Stabbing abdominal pain can be for various reasons. Kidney stone, diverticultis, ovarian cyst, uterine infection or UTI. You should probably be seen if you are having recurrent stabbing abdominal pain.
