A guy and i are each other's first kiss and the next day he said his throat hurts but i'm fine.it's been three days and he says his throat still hurts?

Viral pharyngitis?: Kissing easily passes minor viruses, like common cold or pharyngitis, and cold viruses often are carried without symptoms. OTOH, even the next day is too soon; it generally takes 2-3 days for cold symptoms to show up. Maybe just a coincidence; he could have caught viral pharyngitis from someone else. Anyway, probably not serious; his symptoms probably will clear up in a couple of days.
