Blood pressure?: very likely a problem of postural hypotension, where blood pressure drops on standing for many reasons, including dehydration, over medication, neurological issues, blood sugar issues. Also common when vasodilated like after being in sauna or hot tub. Make sure well hydrated but if continues see a doctor before you do fully pass out.

Postural changes: condition you have is called orthostatic hypotension. Which means whenever you stand up, you blood pressure drops, and the blood supply to the brain is reduced. This induces the loss of sight. Whenever you sit the blood pressure rises and you recover the blood flow to the brain and the sight. You should be seen by a cardiologist and have the blood pressure checked in a upright and sitting position
