Not likely: More likely to be coincidental or stress/induced. Talk to your dentist for reassurance.

No: You probably have underlying TMJ problems. Opening your mouth wide for a period of time probably triggered of the pain.

No: But migraines are vascular in etiology, so the muscle tension and stress is what can be the cause. By the way, a bad headache is not a migraine headache.
