Can you give me some clarification and feedback on a stroke caused by a clot in the portion of the heart not used after child birth?

Not sure: Not sure what you mean by a portion of the heart not used after child birth, but atrial fibrillation, where the atria quiver rather than contract, can lead to a clot forming in the left atrium; if this clot dislodges, it can be sent through the circulation, and if it lodges into one of the arteries to the brain, you can have a stroke.

Be more specific: Are you referring to a stroke caused by a blood clot which traveled from the heart to the brain after delivery? Blood clots can form in the heart for several reasons. If there is clot in the atria (or atrial appendage) and it breaks loose, it can travel to the brain and cause a stroke.
