I've had right side chest pain (mostly on the surface, ~4-6 fingers below clavicle, ~4 fingers from armpit) for ~few weeks. i'm concerned it's serious?

Chest wall pain: Looks like chest wall pain. Sometimes it is from injury of muscles or joints in that area. Maybe you had trauma there. For rare unusual causes, you need to be examined by a doctor since pain is persisting for weeks.
