Orthostatic?: Your blood pressure may not be rising appropriately when you lift up your head; this may be just normal, depending on how fast you do it, or it may be a sign that you are dehydrated. This is called orthostatic hypotension; if it persists despite fluids, i would definitely see a doctor to see if there are more ominous causes.
