Please be seen: You nee to be seen as asap. It could be a sinus infection or migraine or both . Either way you r headache is one that needs to be evaluated. Have someone take you to your doctor or nearest emergency department.

Proceed to ED: A headache associated with signs like difficulty speaking or moving should be seen immediately. Could just be migraine but could be something more serious like stroke.
