It's been 3 days now since i have a fever, i'm having headaches and every time i stand or sit from lying down i feel dizzy and pains my head, why? what should i do?

Illness: If you are getting dizzy every time you it or stand from lying down that is likely orthostatic hypotension. Please insure that you hydrate more with liquids (especially water). Avoid coffee, tea, sodas or alcohol. You may be dehydrated. If you have a high fever or the worst headache of your life - then please seek urgent care. Hope you feel better soon.

My son hit his head playing hockey. He has no headache or dizziness. He has not vomited. However he is now running a fever. Is this cause for concern?
