Not the microliths!: Microliths are usually asymptomatic. However, you can have a small kidney stone in the ureter that is not seen U/S. You may also have a urinary tract infection. The test done by your doctor should have shown an infection so this is unlikely. You may have a small stone in the ureter. Talk to your doctor about getting a CT scan. It is better than U/S for stones.
