Good idea: Many people are deficient in both Magnesium and Vitamin D3. It's always better to measure your levels to know how much to supplement. It's nearly impossible to over supplement so it's safe to try 4000 IU of vitamin D3 and 400 mg of Magnesium per day (don't use Mag Oxide, find any other form). If you are deficient in vitamin D you should take vitamin K2 (200mcg) and vitamin A (2000 IU)/day.
