Yes: Stress test may show abnormality if you have severe coronary artery disease but it would be very unusual at your age.

Presumably.: A negative nuclear or chemical stress test should rule out ischemia with 95% confidence. Not 100% confidence, 95%. There's always the possibility for false negative results - if clinical suspicion is really high and the test is negative, more testing may still be in order to really be sure. Echo not reliable enough unless damage to the heart has already occurred.
