Can't rule out: A normal C4 would be unusual for hae. You don't mention whether c1 inh level was functional activity or level of protein. Functional (activity) complement tests are extremely dependent on the way the specimen is handled. Both tests should probably be repeated. To sort things out, you should see a board-certified allergist immunologist.
