A member asked:

Heart attack, brain aneurysm or anxiety attack, how can i tell the difference?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Symptoms: Sometimes it is hard to differentiate between a heart attack and and anxiety attack because of overlapping symptoms of chest pain/difficulty breathing. However, a brain aneurysm rupture is hard to miss. The typical symptom is the sudden onset of the "worst headache of one's life". The pain is excrutiating and often produces coma. Neurosurgical attention is needed immediately.
