See details: See a neurologist have have the issue evaluated. The hands may be carpal tunnel syndromes but there are numerous other possible causes.

Hyperventilation ?: Parasthesias of hands & sometimes face, if intermittent, suggests hyperventilation/anxiety; treated w. relaxation & breathing exercises & perhaps anxiolytic meds. If constant/progressive then general med eval in order; especially if headache or fever associated. Start with a primary care doctor.
