Give it 2 wks: The bump may last another 2 weeks . Meanwhile, stop rubbing it since it will just perpetuate the tenderness. If you do no have symptoms such as new headaches, lightheadedness, or vomiting, you are likely ok. But if any of these symptoms appears and keeps on getting worse, better consult your doctor. All things considered, you will likely be ok.
