Lumps in Scrotum: This is very common reason men come in to be seen. First, testicular cancer is found in younger men. After about age 32 you are not at risk of this anymore. Second, the most common reason for lumps in the scrotum are scar tissues from injuries while growing up. These scars often called varicoceles are at risk for occasional pain if they get irritated and swell.
