Pregnant now?: If you aren't pregnant, just note if the swelling is gone in the morning but recurs by afternoon/evening, especially if you are on your feet all day. Also, check your blood pressure frequently. If still a problem after a few days, see your doctor. Same applies if pregnant, just make sure you get to your doctor soon, and check blood pressure twice daily. If >140/90, see your doctor immediately.
