Yes: A lot of people have gallstones that are asymptomatic. The low fat diet is an excellent idea - for many reasons, not just for gallbladder health!! It is ok to take a daily centrum multivitamin (gummie).

100%: Even more important than a multivitamin is to eat a diet rich in fiber and vitamins. A low fat diet may also decrease symptoms.
