----Lust for pus----: If you shaved there, then yes, it could be. But razor burn that has become infected. If it doesn't go away in a few days after a few good scrubs with soap and washcloth then you will most likely need an antibiotic. It may be something else, but with infection comes pus so no matter what it is, it needs to be evaluated by a doctor. P.S.: After scrubbing, apply a thin layer of an antibiotic ointment
