Bumps in Groin: There are a number of possibilities: hidradenitis suprativa which is genetic and produces cysts which can be painful, folliculitis which is inflammation of hair follicles, and staph abscesses. To make sure of the diagnosis, you need to visit a dermatologist so he/she can look at the lesions to make a diagnosis.
