Does not add up: Did you have unprotected sex? Did you miss a period? If the answer to either is negative, you may not have done the tests correctly. You may wish to see your doctor for a blood test to ensure that you are pregnant. Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex.

Well: urine tests usually take at least 10-14 days to turn positive to turn positive, so I am guess your last bleeding time might have been implantation and not a period based on the info you gave. This would possibly make you 6 weeks or more. Have your physician confirm things with an ultrasound though as I am almost guessing based on the little info.
