Urine: If you have been on antibiotics for 10 days your urine should not show any bacteria.

See remark: Whoever gave you antibiotics was to treat your UTI The only way to document infection is by demonstrating PRESENCE of bacteria in a culture. Hopefully you are better I offer you the best in good health

Likely not: If the antibiotics you took is broad in action, likely your urine would be sterile. That said, some bugs are antibiotic resistant and if there, ask the lab if they do susceptibility or similar tests. Good luck, and hopefully you are not symptomatic or in pain.
