Pain when pregnant: Pregnancy can be a very uncomfortable and physically demanding time for your body. There are a lot of changes that occur with your pelvic organs during this time. Even subtle baby movements can cause sharp pain. If you develop nausea and vomiting, high fevers, or inability to pass gas or stools, see your doctor immediately. Otherwise, maternity belts, rest, and Tylenol (acetaminophen) are recommended first.
