Spectrum: Usually they provide a spectrum of signs and symptoms (s/sx) from early to late, as that is how patients present--anywhere in the course of a disease, from early to late. Can usually find specifics within articles as to which s/sx come at which stages of a disease. May not be examining high-quality articles on internet which is a potential drawback to access-be sure has academic merit.
