Growth: It is extremely unlikely you have grown 1.5 inches at age 28 and older. Growth is usually over by age 21. Yes, you might have something unusual going on and you must see your doctor about this. Growing up your pediatrician most likely kept track of your growth. Try and get the charts if possible. Please let me know what happens.

MS: Your MS should theoretically have no direct effect on growth as pituitary is not a usual site for a plaque, but would check your Growth Hormone level for completeness. Your focus should be on MS, and check Vit D and B-12 levels, may certain you are taking an appropriately potent medication, and maybe look at a low salt, low fat diet.
