Possible: It's possible you have a personality disorder -- maybe even antisocial personality disorder -- but other things are possible also. If you truly have no empathy or remorse for doing "awful" things, it won't be long before problems show up -- unless you're so sneaky you don't get caught. I suggest you talk to your parents and also see an adolescent psychiatrist or psychologist about this.

Empathy: Difficult to assess if you are a sociopath or not simply from your description and i also don't know if in fact you have no empathy at all. If you truly have no remorse for hurting others this is a serious interpersonal difficulty which will prevent you from sustaining intimacy with anyone who has an ability to care. Seek therapy with a mental health professional to learn more about empathy.

Interestingly: The fact that you can acknowledge what you perceive as a lack of empathy / remorse means you have insight into your pathology. Does it mean you are a sociopath, I am not sure; however, i agree with dr. Ciaramicoli that seeking help from a mental health professional will likely provide some assistance.
