Who diagnosed you?: Could be genetic. Could be environmental or a combination of both. Try to see your doctor. You will need the ray for a very long time. Listen to your therapist if you do go to one and visit the therapist regularly

Nature vs nurture: I believe the current thinking is that sociopathy is more genetic than psychodynamic. In other words, you're a sociopath for the same reason nonsociopaths are not: you were born that way. Like Donald Trump. Interesting that you're curious; I thought that because sociopaths have no conscience, they don't care how they got that way. Maybe you're less of a sociopath than you think.
