Anxiety: To get started consider talking to a primary care provider or seek a consult from a psychiatrist or psychologist, including those on HealthTap. It is also important to try and contributing factors. There are formal treatment options available. If more interested in self-based efforts consider finding activities that you typically enjoy, and those that ease stress, anger, and anxiety.
