Subchorionic bleed: Pelvic rest is the best thing you can do. No sex and avoid pelvic exams. This means don't run into the ER everytime you spot. If smoking stop ASAP as this is probably the biggest cause of subchorionic bleeds that lead to miscarriage. Sex and the exams stimulate the uterus and may worsen the bleed. Most of these cases end in normal pregnancy happily.
