Possibly and yes: It is always possible that you would have another hemorrhage, but it is unlikely. As to whether you are safe to be pregnant or not, you should be after three years. Make sure your obstetrician is aware of it, and they might want to have a couple of units of blood crossmatched to you when you deliver, but that is a reasonable accommodation.
