Might be.: This all comes down to a question of risks vs. benefits. If you're a stroke survivor, your risk of recurrent stroke increases MUCH higher with pregnancy than it will with abortion and abortion likely ends your risk much earlier. No matter what the cause of stroke, pregnancy is more dangerous if you aren't prepared for it or desire it. If you have an abortion though, please go to a hospital for it.
