Sinusitis/bronchitis: A "cold" that has not resolved in 7-10 days is likely a sinus infection. If you are having any lower respiratory symptoms - you may have pneumonia - you need to be seen by your primary care doctor - sounds like you may need a round of antibiotics.

Yes: This may be a manifestation of underlying asthma. Prolonged cough with URI is common. Most are viral and antibiotics are not helpful. Symptoms may resolve in time, but if asthma is the cause, specific medications can lead to rapid control.

Probably sinusitis: Probably sinusitis. You most likely have a bacterial sinusitis that has followed your cold. You should be on antibiotics and should contact your doctor.
