Gas, constipation/di: This is pretty common if your eating habits are not good. Eat plenty of fiber (fruits, veg, bran) to keep regular. Pain is most likely from gas accumulation in your intestine. If it continues, have a provider check you, and meanwhile use a little tissue there all the time. If you have any blood, severe pain or fever you should see someone right away for this.
