Have a suspicious mole on my neck, it gets a little bit of sun exposure when i walk places. would mild sun speed up potential cancer growth?

May be: If you cannot see the mole with a mirror, have a trusted friend of family member take pictures of it and have the person check the more every couple of months to see if there is any change. If you suspect any change, please consult your doctor. If it is causing you anxiety, you may consider having it removed.
