Yes, with conditions: As long as the thyroid med is in a pill, not a capsule, you can cut it in half. Sometimes pills are "scored" which makes them easier to split. Thyroid pills are quite small so you might want to try using a pill cutter, available at any pharmacy. I also recommend that you take the second half of the pill the day after the first so that, over a 2 day period, you get the correct average dose.
