Not applicable: The use of ideal body weight for calculation of medication dosing neglects actual patient parameters which are, in fact, applicable. The usual dose of Armour Thyroid is approx 60mg, but absorption and efficacy are affected by many things, and dosing is established by titration and re-evaluation.

There is NO target: Dose because no human should be taking ground up pig parts as a medication. If you have hypothyroidism, you need brand name T4 replacement. You can't measure the effects of armour with blood tests, and it's not standardized on thyroid content, but iodine content, which is inaccurate and variable. It also contains T3 (liothyronine) which can be dangerous. Don't use armour, there are safer/better products availabl.
