Thoughts are okay: Nearly everyone has antisocial thoughts from time to time, often reflecting frustrated needs and wishes. The frequency, preoccupying nature, ability for reality testing, impulsivity, cognitive abilities, trauma etc relate to how likely these thoughts are acted on and become pathological.
