You are right. With complaints of E. D. a thorough history and detailed Urologic and a general body exam is needed . See another Urologist who would do that

I went to the Endocrinologists because I thought I was developing gynocomastia, he ran a lot of hormones. My testosterone and prolactin were in the normal range. Why did he not run estrogen? Could that be causing the gynocomastia?
