MI: Assuming the patient had a myocardial infarction, the timing suggests the actual death event was an arrhythmia. Massive infarction can have a hemodynamic death but usually this takes a bit longer. Another rapid cause of death with MI is cardiac rupture. All these are possibilities with what is presented.
