Trauma? STD?: Immediate onset of bleeding plus the other symptoms only a day later favor injury. But trauma less likely if you bottom regularly & anus/rectum are accommodated to sex. Allergy is unlikely. No infection can cause symptoms under 24 hr, but if on the verge of STD symptoms (herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia) sex could speed onset. See a doctor ASAP; better safe than sorry and diagnosis is easiet early.
