Hilar Nodes: The CT scan is a very sensitive test and when they scanned your back, they are seeing Lymph nodes. This is supra hilar of what location, your lesion is unclear. D/W MD that ordered it, they are calling is nonspecific. May not mean much and at best can be followed in some time with a repeat imaging.
