This might be an: infection. I know it is embarrassing for you but it needs to be looked at and treated. Tell your mother about it and have her go with you. There will be a female at the doctor with you as well. The doctor will be understanding and not embarrass you. It could get a lot worse if not treated, it will be ok to go to the doctor.
